Shipping charges quoted include Palleting, Wood Crating, US Customs paperwork, and freight charges with insurance to the Pilot Air/Forward Air terminal near you. You would then pickup at the terminal. ($345 is the total shipping charge to the terminal near you) Home delivery can also be arranged, but the cost would be more (usually approx $125 to $200 more then terminal shipping). SHIPPING FOR CANADIAN BUYERS; shipping charges are approx $345 for terminal to terminal & approx $450 for home delivery. PICKUP is also available at no additional cost.
